Fees and Featured Listings

1. Free listings

Basic listing publication may be available without a paid promotion package, subject to platform limits, moderation and launch-phase rules.

2. Featured listing packages

• Featured listing - 7 days: €9.99
• Featured listing - 14 days: €14.99
• Featured listing - 30 days: €24.99
• Featured listing - 60 days: €39.99
• Featured listing - 90 days: €54.99

3. What featured promotion means

Featured promotion gives extra visibility for the selected listing during the active promotion period. Featured listings may be displayed more prominently and may receive a featured badge.

Featured promotion does not guarantee a sale, lead, enquiry, buyer quality, ranking position at all times, traffic level or any specific commercial result.

4. Stripe checkout flow

When a seller selects a featured listing package, a payment order is created and the seller is redirected to Stripe Checkout where automatic checkout is configured.

The promotion activates after payment provider confirmation through the configured checkout/webhook flow. Admin review may still be used for support or abuse cases.

5. Automatic checkout

The customer chooses a package, a payment order is created, the customer is redirected to the payment provider, and the promotion activates after payment is confirmed.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed case by case by the platform operator, taking into account whether the paid promotion has already started, the payment provider status and applicable law.

Already activated digital promotion time may be non-refundable once it has started, unless required otherwise by applicable law or a platform-specific decision.

7. VAT and invoices

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. VAT treatment and invoice handling depend on the platform operator registration, customer location and applicable tax rules.

Until automatic invoicing is implemented, manual payment and administration may be required.
